What does Normka do?
Normka keeps records of clients, pro formas, invoices, payments and expenses for a flat-rate sole trader (normiranec) who is not a VAT payer, and prepares the annual return DDD-DDD with attachment 1N as an XML file for eDavki.
What to download from eDavki and upload to Normka
- Log in to eDavki (edavki.durs.si) with your digital certificate or SI-PASS.
- In the list of submitted documents find last year's return "DDD-DDD Obračun akontacije dohodnine in dohodnine od dohodka iz dejavnosti", open it and export/save it as XML. If only PDF is available, upload the PDF and enter revenue and advance tax manually under "Tax year".
- Upload the XML under Documents. Normka reads revenue (field 1), tax and the advance tax set for the next year (field 29) and takes them over with one click.
Other useful documents (for evidence)
- FURS decision on advance tax, or your request to change it (DD-SprAkt), if the advance was changed during the year.
- Proof of insurance periods (ZPIZ / ZZZS) — to determine the months of full-time insurance.
- Decisions on maternity, paternity and parental leave (CSD) and sick notes / ZZZS refund decisions.
How to submit the return to eDavki
- Check the figures above and click "Download XML for eDavki".
- Log in to eDavki (edavki.durs.si) and choose Documents → Import document (Uvoz dokumenta); select the XML file.
- Open the imported draft and check all sections (taxpayer data, insurance, attachment 1N). eDavki recalculates and warns about errors.
- Submit (Oddaj) by 31 March of the following year (for 2026: by 31 March 2027). Check the balance and payment deadline in eDavki.
Rules applied (2026)
- Revenue = received payments by payment date; a payment linked to an invoice counts in the invoice year. Issued but unpaid invoices are added (can be switched off per year).
- Flat-rate expenses: full-time insured — 80 % of revenue up to €60,000, 0 % above (max €48,000). Others — 80 % up to €12,500, 40 % from €12,500 to €30,000, 0 % above.
- Tax 2026 (ZPZR): 20 % of the base up to €72,000 (full-time insured) or €33,000 (others); 35 % on the excess.
- Full-time condition 2026: insured full time as self-employed for at least 9 consecutive months, or at least 75 % of the annual hours (ZPZR-A).
- Actual expenses and social contributions do not reduce the tax of a normiranec.
- Set tax year 0 for loans, loan repayments, own deposits, transfers between own accounts and private payments. Currency exchanges and own transfers are detected automatically.
Normka prepares the return based on your data and the rules known today. Check the result before submitting; in unclear cases ask FURS or an accountant.
